Refund policy

Since each product is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns

• You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at contact@kacauproducts.store. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
